I had ordered Oxhox Bluetooth ear phone through flipkart in December **** ( Ref. Order Number). I had received damage product, hence on same day I had called them and told to kindly replace this on immediate basis. Further Flipkart customer care had told me that our person will come and collect your damage product and against we will replace you another product but now I have surprise to see that my account has deactivated and neither flipkart person has come nor call me regarding same.
It occurred on: **/**/****
Give me replacement, if not i will submit my case in consumer court.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
