I purchase earphone from them. They said they give me one prize but I have to pay GST charges. I reject it then that earphone received. After * week they again called me and said they reduced GST to * per cent. I have to give only **** Rs for ***** Rs Dell laptop. After receiving earphone I trust a little bit on them. That callers voice was confident and very trustable. I paid that money through PayPal. After * days they call me again and said that your laptop is ready but you have to pay courier + insurances charges***** Rs. I reject to pay that money then that lady misbehaved and took off the phone. And also said your **** Rs will convert into the product after ** days you will receive products of worth Rs. ****. When I said I want cash then she misbehaved with me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
