ABP WEDDINGS - Fraud done by Tanushree Chatterjee

Dear Sir,

I, Susmita Paik have a Profile ID AW******** with your ABP Site.I am a paid member.Recently I renewed my Plan for Rs.*,***/- on dated **th February **** from Tanushree Chatterjee.She came to my home and collected the amount from my parents and she told us that if I pay extra RS.*,***/- i.e., in total of Rs.**,***/- then I can avail the facility of "GHATAK SERVICE".As per her advice we have paid Rs.*,***/- to Tanushree Chatterjee.She again came to our house on **nd March **** and collected the Cheque of Rs.*,***/- that was credited to your account on **th February ****.she told us that she will be the Ghatak and she will handle my profile by giving a proper match Profiles as per my requirements and she will also arrange to call and fixed meeting with them as a Ghatak.

This very sorry to inform you that after few days I came to know from the Invoice at ABP Site that she doesn't provide me the Ghatak Service.The amount that she was collected from my home was for Highlighter Service which was previously not told to us.

Presently she is neither responding our phone calls nor providing any profiles as per our requirements.She is lier,Cheater and done fraud with us.She is not giving any service as per her commitments.Her behaviour is completely changed after taking the amount.I want my money i.e.,Rs.*,***/- back which she was collected from me for Ghatak Service.

Sir,Previously also I have complained regarding this case to your ABP Wedding but no response is received from your end till date.This is very sorry to say that your great organisation is earning money like that.I hope that I will get proper justice and get my money back.
