ABP WEDDINGS - Data Manupulated of Candidates by ABP Weddings to sell membership plans

I have my son's profile on ABP Wedding. Earlier I was a paid member, however, due to lockdown, I was unable to find a suitable match for my son and didn't renew my membership.

Currently, I am looking for a suitable match for my son. Since my son is tall I was looking for bride height *'*"+. However, on performing a search on ABP Weddings website, I wasn't getting suitable matches for candidates of my choice.

On **th May ****, I got a call from ABP Weddings representative, who insisted on the renewal of my subscription. I informed her that I wasn't able to find any suitable candidate for my son and expressed my requirement of the bride with height to be *'*" or more.

The representative convinced me that several profiles are hidden in search which will be visible only after paid membership. She shared with me ** Profile IDs over Whatsapp and told me that these candidates have heights more than *'*". She had verified the profiles from her end to me meeting my criteria. I also checked those IDs and saw that around *-* profiles IDs were as per my requirement. After that, I have renewed the membership upon her request for Rs.****.**.

Now after the renewal, I started to contact the suitable profiles and was surprised to find that all the profiles were manipulated. The parents of the profile complained to me that their daughter's profile was manipulated by ABP Wedding representatives. The data regarding the height was manipulated and was incorrect. All were below *'*" in height. The parents complained to me that ABP wedding has been doing such activity on regular basis.

All the profiles which were shared with me at the time of renewal of membership are manipulated by ABP Weddings. This was verified after reaching out to the parents of the profile and verifying the data over the website. This seems to be a regular practice of ABP Wedding team to upsell their membership to the subscribers.

Also, with my previous membership experience, I shared feedback that for some profiles when I request for the mobile number, it shows the mobile number as requested for the mobile number sent. The representative told me that the software has changed and now I shall not find any profile which will be hidden or requested. I found * profiles out of the ** shared with me have this issue and phone numbers are showing as requested.

I called the customer care helpline and reported this issue where he verified this over call for few profiles and acknowledge there is some mismatch of data and information. However, he also told their company has no policy to stop the membership plan and refund the money as I was scamed by their representative.

I am highly disappointed and feel cheated by ABP Wedding. This is not the type of service I had expected from such a leading matrimonial website where the data which is the most important part of this wedding service is manipulated. The ABP wedding representatives are playing around with the data which will be life-changing events for the profile holders.
