Commitments made by the sales executive of Royals Moonlight Resort in Goa on November **, **** (when we inrolled), were contradicted by their backend team. As a result, we requested a refund on December *, ****, within the seven-day window stipulated in the agreement. However, upon refund, they deducted half the amount, Rs **,***, and coerced us into signing a No Objection Certificate (NOC), stating that otherwise, they would not process the refund. This occurred on January **, ****, following their prior denial of our cancellation request on December **, ****.

During telephonic conversations, they assured us of delivering the cheques before the end of February, which was later extended to the first week of March, then the end of March, and subsequently to April. Despite these assurances, we did not agree to the proposed dates. Finally, they provided us with four cheques dated April *, ****, May *, ****, June *, ****, and July *, **** (these future dated cheques were not informed to us nor it was the part of the agreement)

We feel deeply disappointed and powerless in the face of this fraudulent behavior. Moreover, they have refused to provide written assurance that these cheques will not bounce. Additionally, as per the agreement, refunds are to be processed within ** days from the date the complaint was raised, a timeframe that has already elapsed.
