Rina filed complaint against Meesho App on Jul 2, 2021
I am meesho reseller since * year, My customer received a damaged product (Lahanga) with different order number last month. My customer took it without checking the order number but all the personal details mentioned were exactly the same as I mentioned while ordering. Now Meesho Authorities said that the Meesho not delivered the product so then can't refund the money. They also accept that some sellers who are registered in meesho, are doing this type of fraud and they fired those sellers, but in my case they said they will not refund the money. I live in Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh and product delivered in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Please help me to get my customers money back.
