Udaan - Fraud Company Fake Buyers

I have send one shipment to Premier Watch Services in Gujarat for Rs **** of Order Id - ODH***********. The buyer has done the fraud & processed the return request by clicking the pics of rotten & cheap quality wallets & kept my branded wallets of excellent quality which I have send it to him. This is the pathetic condition of Udaan on a ground level where fraudulent activities r done with the help of Udaan return team & respective Udaan agents & Logistics or courier partners who support these fraud buyers to do this petty stuff & acheive their hidden motives by giving them the approval to the return request of any such buyer or in the transit of the shipment they stole the original goods. There is a chain of Fraud going on from higher to lower level. Everyone is involved in this black business. The return team mechanism of working is a bit poorer & disgusted. Seller team is disgusted & unsupportive they won't even call u even if u raise the dispute regarding the specific order & busy in making profit & deducting the money from the Next orders. The dispute team of Udaan is always take fraud buyer side everytime. Multiple times I have faced this issue from various buyer I thought to let it go but this time I thought to raise this issue & fraud Company in Consumer Court. Total amt of fraud done by this company is Rs ***** till now with me everytime recovering the amt from my Next Orders. Though I have provided them the ample amt of evidences but thats not sufficient for them as money always mattered to them. Kindly do the needful & take necessary action against the defaulters & Culprits. & Refund my amt in my Bank Account as earliest as possible.
