Global Westinn - fraud company and worst services

It was ordinary day and I was doing my shopping in metro mall located at bhandup-mumbai-maharashtra, a person come over to me and said that sir we have travel agency name Global WestInn you just come and attend our seminar if you dont like or dont want to proceed then just collect your gift worth Rs.*****. Then i said OK. I went to there office in same floor as metro mall was located, then one of representative of team telling all good things of Global WestInn and waht services they provide, so after listing a while i decided to take their services, i paid *.** lacs via credit that i was converted into EMI and they also signed one aggrement for non reversal of payment. Below are the services they offered

*>banuet hall once in a year
*>* days * night holday package every year with ****/**** hotel rates that includes
free cab
pick and drop from airport to hotel
**% discount on air fares
the reason i escalate this matter, their customer care number is not reacheable and their website is also down. I doubt on this company now and due to i sign aggreement that states they will not return my money.
