Global Westinn - Company not responding

I was also doing my shopping in d-mart located at Chandivali-mumbai-maharashtra, a person come over to me and said that sir we have travel agency name Global WestInn you just come and attend our seminar if you dont like or dont want to proceed then just collect your gift worth Rs.*****. Then i said OK. I went to there office in nucleus mall, then one of representative of team telling all good things of Global WestInn and what services they provide, so after listing a while i decided to take their services, i paid *.** lacs via credit that i was converted into EMI and they also signed one aggrement for non reversal of payment. Below are the services they offered. But later they are not responding nor attending any calls.

*>summer camp every year for * children
*>banuet hall once in a year
*>* days * night holday package every year with ****/**** hotel rates that includes
free cab
pick and drop from airport to hotel
**% discount on air fares
the reason i escalate this matter is their customer care number is not reacheable and their website is also down. I doubt on this company now and due to i sign aggreement that states they will not return my money.
I have also raised a complaint in consumer complaint website but it's still pending.
