I purchased a *-month subscription from CloudHire.com along with an initial consultation call charged at ₹***. During the first consultation, the company’s representative provided misleading information and assured that I would receive relevant job opportunities aligned with my professional experience.

However, after subscribing, I did not receive any relevant job alerts or suitable opportunities matching my job profile. The services delivered were not as promised, which indicates that I was misled into purchasing the subscription based on incorrect or exaggerated claims.

After raising multiple complaints via email, I finally received a call from the company. During this call, my refund request was denied without providing any valid justification. Since then, the company has stopped responding to my emails completely.

Additionally, their customer service number is not reachable. When I tried calling during their stated working hours, the number returns a message that it does not exist. This lack of response and inaccessibility clearly shows negligence and avoidance from the company’s side.

This entire experience has caused financial loss and significant mental stress, as I trusted the platform for career support but received no value.
