cloudhire ai - Denied refund for service not provided

They are nothing but just a big scam. They promise you big things like great Ai feature which actually can't even match your basic skills while applying for jobs. They even promise you ** day money back guarantee if nothing works out. Them they conviniently go back on their word saying not eligible and if they agree to give you a refund they come up with a new clause saying they will deduct **.*% administrative fees and refund the rest. This fee is not even informed to you at the start when they try to sell you their plan and when you confront them they agree to their mistake but will still not refund full amount. Eventually they stop replying back to your emails so now they don't want to refund anything. Best part is even their founder Sufyan Ishaq is involved as even he was there at the time of selling their gold plan. So please beware of this so called only a big name but actually a big scam. They only try to cover themselves with good ads and false reviews.
Luckily I have all the proofs with their chat transcripts of what they promised and their replies of how they backed out and proof that they have stopped replying to my emails.
