I got a call from Shine.com regarding Application booster services that can help me finding a new job. They initially said, charges would be Rs. **** only. So, I paid that amount. Then again they said, additional charges would be Rs. **** followed by Rs. **** and said, it's for verification and carrier counseling. I was not satisfied with this because earlier they never told me that I need to pay extra amount. I confirmed with them that there is no payment after this, they said yes there is no payment after this. So, I made the payment.
Now, they sent another invoice of Rs. ***** and asking for payment. I said, this is cheating you guys are doing and asked for money back as I am not interested in this anymore. They said, it's not possible and we will not give your money back.
Please file a complaint against Shine.com for doing fraud/cheating with customers like me.
