I made * bookings from MAA to RDP (cost- *,*** INR) and TRV to MAA (cost-**** INR). On that day after some time, I cancelled the *st booking and called HappyEasyGo regarding the cancellation and how they will be processing the amount so that I can rebook. I asked whether the refund will be in the form of a credit shell or in a bank account. And they told since I cancelled so the amount will be refunded to my bank. So, I booked another flight from MAA to RDP (cost- *,*** INR). But then cancelled both the tickets on the same day because of the increasing COVID** cases. I booked all the three tickets on "Free flight cancellation" on *rd April **** and cancelled on the same day. Later, I called HappyEasyGo regarding the refund and they said Rs. *** for each booking will be charged and the rest amount i.e., **, *** will be refunded within **-** days which is **th April ****. After a week I made a follow-up again, and they said the same. On **th April **** I ranged them again, they said full amount will be refunded except for the convenience fee of *** INR each booking and will be refunded any day after **th April ****. I waited and today on **th April **** when I still didn't get my refund I called them up and they told that "free flight cancellation" was valid only before COVID** pandemic and now it is not applicable. They cannot commit my refund. Hardly they can give **** INR per booking as refund and that too they can't guarantee.
