Make My Trip - Fraud Charges

makemytrip and goair airlines has done a pure fraud for flight date change charges. i had booked a flight ticket for my family members through makemytrip. now due to the extension in their vacation, i had to go for a date change. now i went to makemytrip website and there i could not make the date change and it was asking me to call the customer care. i called up the customer care and they told me that due to some technical issues they could not make date change from makemytrip and advised me to directly contact goair airlines. now after i called goair, they quoted me extra of inr *,***

below is the explanation of how i got this calculation:
if you see the makemytrip ticket, the airlines date change charge they have mentioned is inr *,*** per passenger and makemytrip date change charge is inr *** per passenger
now since makemytrip has asked me to do the date change directly from the airlines, only inr *,*** per passenger should be applicable
after doing the date change directly from goair airlines, they charged me inr *,*** per passenger as penalty and additionally of inr *,*** as a convenience fee (now convenience fee i have already paid to makemytrip at initial booking)

now as per my calculation, i have to get refund of inr **** per passenger (inr **** x * passenger = inr ****) and refund of convenience fee of inr. *,***

but if you see the email from makemytrip, they have mentioned that inr *,*** i am paying it for additional fare in difference. if this is the case, why goair is charging it as convenience fee?

now, i have identified this isssues and i could get a refund of at least inr *,*** from makemytrip. but what if i had not identified and paid the amount trusing makemytrip and goair airlines?

since makemytrip has refunded the money they agree that they have done a fraud. i am concerned on other people like me who might have paid extra and might have not even identified it at all and they lost their money.

i have wasted my precious time of nearly * to * hours talking to makemytrip customer care in * days. i hope i would definitely get a solution as it clearly indicate the fraud.
