I want your help as I have already approached the Travel Triangle several times for resolution and at last served the legal notice through voxya and a copy of it is with me.
We approached Travel Triangle with regard to the honeymoon package by making a payment of Rs.*,*****. The booking was confirmed by them as attached invoice and summary for booking Id ******* which also contained itinerary and booking details. We also noted that in the invoice they have assured visa assistance in the inclusions list and have also assured visa services in the deliverable.
We kept on paying installments one by one and details of it are invoice attached.
They had informed them on ** May that Visa is processed and we can collect passport. However at the last moment,we came to know that the Visa has been rejected and we could not proceed with the tour.
Please note we acted on their advice for the entire process and had relied on the travel agency for processing of visa. All the documents and vouchers were prepared by them on the basis of which the Visa application was supposed to be processed. However we came to know they provided incorrect information like wrong hotel vouchers which resulted in the rejection of Visa for which I cannot be held responsible. Moreover, if the visa was rejected on **th may why remaining vouchers were booked on **th May. We already approached them for refund which has been denied by the travel agency stating that they are not liable for visa rejection.
Their services suffer from deficiency which has resulted in financial loss and mental agony for me and my wife. we should be for full refund of ****** rs and compensation of * lakh rs for the sufferings, expenses and mental agony undergone by us plus we cannot travel to these countries for next * months due to rejection. There is no reason why the amount should be withheld by them when they have not provided any service. Previously also many cases like this have been given decision in favor of the consumer.
