We booked the hotel with the buffet but the hotel was reluctant to offer. We paid for meals but they didn't offer us a buffet. They said because they don't have more guest they cannot give buffet and they cannot open tandoor for us. We paid ***** for this. We talked for *.* hrs with make my trip they said to reply back within * hrs. But didn't replied at all. We were helpless at that time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
