D2h Videocon - Fraud by the company

Adhar srivastava filed complaint against D2h Videocon on Feb 19, 2019

I want to report this worst cable provider who eats customer's hard to earn money and make them suffer.
I had paid ***+ rupees to Videocon and my TV is not showing a single channel since I selected pack as per new policies of Trai. All they do is to send the email and when we send the email they reply in *-* days and ask to call. Customer numbers are always busy and they do not call back the customer. On visiting, videocon forums found out the same issue is being faced by ****'s of the customer.
it seems videocon is not helping the customer but troubling them in name of TRAI policy. Moreover, they resolve cases without resolving the issues:

One of the complaints was resolved ********* without providing me with service. I was waiting and waiting they keep on telling me to turn on the tv and keep it open wasted my time as well as my parents time. I will move my cable connection to another service provider like AIRTEL/Tata Sky but My parents are old and this is worth complaining as of how a non-technical person like most parents will watch tv with this cable provider.
