So I had purchased wired mouse from portronics on September ****, with * year warranty, and my mouse stopped working few days back, I contacted portronics customer service on email, and they asked to completed destroy the mouse, so they can proceed for replacement , they said replacement will be dispatched soon on *th April , * days forward no update, thena again I asked for update , they said it will be dispatched in *-* days, and again no update for replacement, and from that days they are Just making excuses and saying it will take *-* days due to some issues, and after **th April they have stopped responding to my mail
