I had ordered earphones from instamart and they delivered defective ones. The earphones were so defective that it gives a shock in my ears per second It is put in and the customer care is not replacing or refunding my money. firstly sending such dangerous faulty electric products then taking their customers hard earned money and not refunding it
This is thievery and a violation on so many levels.
it caused harm to my ears and took my money providing faulty product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
