Sir,
Yesterday i booked a seat in bus from haridwar to hamirpur through paytm.After payment they send me a mail showing payment was failed and seat was not booked.Due to emergency i booked another seat through official site of himachal (confirmed) and i parallely send my compliant to paytm regarding my refund of money and tod them that i have booked my seat becoz of their failure.after * hours they send me a message telling your seat is booked where i didnt get any official sms neither their ticked id is showing any ticket on official website of himachal in ticket enquiry.
Secindly when i have already booked my seat from official site then jow can paytm can confirm anotger seat from same id which is clearly not allowed.
Olease helo me to get my refund money.its totally their fault and now they are saying no refund will be there
