Respected sir/madam,
What's wrong with oyo sir? Recently I booked a room at Ahmedabad Gujarat Near the Airport booking date is **/**/**** to **/**/****. My flight was also at *.**pm on **/**/****.So i booked a room and booking Id was BKTD**** and Hotel name Collection O ***** Hotel Pearl Villa and I paid all amount advanced and after taking all tariff I paid ***.** Rs and I have to return early and checkout was also at sharp *.**pm so I chose little moderate price hotel but this is Collection type hotel price showed higher but after all tariff and advanced payment I paid *** rs but at a check in time they refused to give a room and argue with me that you have to pay extra amount approx *** otherwise didn't provide room after long time argument they ready to give room after paying *** Rs but why i paid it's wrong and fraud by application OYO if you show this price so why i have to pay extra amount.
Please provide my refund *** rs as soon as possible otherwise I have to think twice to book room OYO in future.I am very disappointed by oyo this time after this incident. I hope next time when I choose Oyo this type of problem will not be faced by me.
