I have booked room via oyo app on */**/****.
Paid the amount.But reaching the spot as per the map i couldnt locate the place after several attempt even neighbours in the location couldn't identify the place.Called many times oyo help desk and i couldnt get any support for checkin.oyo customer care asked me to hold on every time i called and was keeping on waiting me in the road and they disconnect the call after that without any response.Atlast i was stranded in middle of the hot sun in the street without getting room.For me apart from the paid room rent amount ,also i had to pay huge taxi charge in searching for the place several times.I have already called the oyo team many times to inform this even after the incident for my refund and losses.Every time they ask me to hold on and kept me waiting for long time and later gets disconnected without response.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
