Myntra - Fraud by Myntra pickup and myntra

On **th Oct, I placed a return request on my item Moda Rapido T-shirt with issue I received the wrong product (I received the Shirt in place of Tshirt), my order was picked up from my home on (**th Oct), later that night pick up boy called me stated the item does not match the image I told him that I placed returned with issue I received wrong product , he said he will submit the order to myntra and if they do not accept he will return me next day and told me to again raise the complaint to myntra support I told him I will call support now only and after some time I filed the complaint to myntra support regarding this they said the resolution will be provided to me by **th October, and the order was not returned to me next day, after no resolution till **th October on this I refiled the complaint, still no resolution was provided, on **th October my complaint was cancelled stating my courier was never picked up. I want to file this complaint against the myntra pickup team and myntra for not resolving my issue, I want the correct item to be delivered to me or a refund should be provided for my product.
