Ritu Gupta filed complaint against Hotel booking Fraud on Sep 29, 2024
Sir,
I have booked one hotel in Lhonark Residency in Gangtok. I have paid them an advance of Rs. ****/- to them. Now they are neither providing me the receipt nor they are refunding the money. I have contacted them at the number provided on the Lhonark Residency Website at **********.
I tried to book a package tour from **nd December to **th December **** but they have provided me a very high rate. I asked him to refund money and he is denying to refund and said that money will be refunded in next financial year. So I said them to reschedule it and book * triple sharing room for **nd and **rd December, ****.
Now whenever I am asking him for receipt he is shouting on me and abusing.
