I order an "MI" ** inch LED television of Rs. *****/- on **th November **** from online shopping website FlipKart with a discount of Rs. ****/- hence the final price is *****/-.
I wanted to order the Pro version of the same television but not aware that the item I bought is not a pro version.
Once it got delivered on **th November ****, I found some features are missing as Pro version.
Now I am requesting them to return and replace with Pro version they are not refusing to got it return and replace..I am also ready to pay additional charges for diffirence of Pro version by not acceptable by FlipKart.
