Aarti filed complaint against Flipkart on Dec 8, 2020
My registered number with flipkart is ********** and email I’d is nitish****@gmail.com. There is around Rs. **** gift voucher in my account and Rs. **** worth of super coins in my account.
During BIG BILLION SALE I ordered Diwali lights from flipkart. There were around ** order of lights and in each order * pack of lights supposed to be delivered. Now when received * order then I found that there were only * pack of lights instead of *. So I complained to flipkart regarding this and they refund the amount of those * orders. Now I cancelled all the orders of lights before shipping so that I don’t have to face same problem.
After *-* days I tried to make a request for return of warmer because of size issue but to my surprise I got a message that due to high returns your account is blocked and you can’t login the account in future.
After that I have requested *-* times flipkart to check my order details and there was not a single return that was not genuine and **% return were because of seller mistake and remaining I can provide you reason for return. But every time they send me same message saying ”We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account”.
Now the issue is if you don’t want to treat a customer well then that is ok with me I am not dying to use flipkart. Just return my money and move ahead. Why should I take a loss because of seller mistake. Please refund me Rs. **** and I am fine it. Otherwise unblock my account.
