I have ordered a speaker from FLIP SPEAKERS. Order number FS*****. BLUEDART tracking number:

But the product which I received is not at all same, it does not work at all. I am not able to contact them, no reply on my email from them. I don't know how to return the product. Rs **** is completely lost.
Please help to return the order and get my money back.
