Swatej Harwande filed complaint against Flip Speakers on Aug 14, 2019
On **th August ****, the BlueDart delivery boy delivered my parcel from www.flipspeakers.com. It was cash on delivery. I paid him ₹****. He took the money even before handing the package to me. When I opened the package, I found a damaged counterfeit speaker. I immediately called their toll free number but no avail. I sent * emails but no reply yet. There is no place to place a return request. Their return and refund deadline is * days. I have had no communication from their side. This was the message I got. Your Flip Portable Wireless Sp order with Blue Dart Awb #*********** was delivered at **:** on **-AUG-**.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
