Hello,
I have a registered account with crypto Exchange Coinswitch ( https://coinswitch.co ) I have funds close to *,**,*** in that Account. since past * weeks I am not able to log in my account and every time I do I am am getting an error " The operation is disabled for you. Please contact the support " I have been trying to contact them for more than ** days not and have mailed them multiple copies, raised multiple tickets. Al they do is tell me that we will get back too you within ** hours - ** hours and that's all. I have mailed them more than ** times and submitted endless tickets. I am in urgent need of my funds as they are my heard earned money and only money that I have. I have operation of my brother and I need this funds on urgent basis but these people are not helping me in any way ! please help me as this is very very important for me and all my hard earned money and saving is in that account. I have attached the screen shot as well. Please look into it .
