Dear sir.
This is Rupavathi L saving a/ c no. *********** sbi vijayanagar branch Bangalore . I lodged complaint about IMPS and ATM CASH WITHDRAWAL fraud transaction of rs. *****/- which was happened on **/**/**** along with FIR copy I have given written complaint on **/**/**** at SBI vijayanagar branch Bangalore. But still not getting any response from branch side t . I am very much mentally stressed as I lost my hard earned money during this pandemic situation.
I have been visiting the branch for
enquiry several times they are telling we have already sent your complaint details but no response from our main branch. I have called up main local branch office nobody is picking the call.
Please I am requesting you to kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
