Charu Pahuja filed complaint against Jio on May 11, 2018
I ported my business number from Vodafone to Jio and it got activated on **th or **th April and since then my incoming calls are not working. After repeated complaints and fighting with the customer care people on calls and emails, the keep rejecting my complaints because "they are not able to reach me on my phone" (that is what my problem is - "No Incoming calls"). Even asking them to call on my Jio alternate number they are still unable to provide any resolution or call me on my alternate number for updates. However today (**th May) I got into a fight over the same issue with the Jio Customer Care supervisor "Prem Singh", he disconnected my call deliberately and all of a sudden my alternate Jio number is also not able to receive any calls (this cannot be a coincidence). I run a adventure, fitness and sports business and my alternate number (my husband's) he runs an IT company. Both of us are not able to receive any calls now. Please guys help me with this issue as we are losing so much business because of this stupid service.
I have made numerous calls since the last ** days and made multiple emails but all in vain. Attaching the email chain and smses an call records as evidence.

Very bad network provided by jio ...when call to customer care he tell me I can resolve this issue immediately but no any changes in network
