i ve been trying to reach the company since months and trying to exchange my one plus wireless bullet z blutooth.But the company's service was closed since months and there was no pickup option.i tried to reach and asked for the help in customer service on which they told me to wait for the services to resume but still it didnt and fooled me that they would extend my warranty which ended last month on **june.i even put a mail to the company that i want the exchange of my product because your services are closed.i had a conversation on ** june also or nearly date where the customer services told me and fooled me to wait * * days more.then on *jul i again had a conversation with customer care.there they made again false claims that they will exchange my product and reach me out soon but now they are clearing saying no to exchnge or provide me service regarding this issues.today i put a mail to the company which was...
