One Plus - fraud and false hopes

i ve been trying to reach the company since months and trying to exchange my one plus wireless bullet z blutooth.But the company's service was closed since months and there was no pickup option.i tried to reach and asked for the help in customer service on which they told me to wait for the services to resume but still it didnt and fooled me that they would extend my warranty which ended last month on **june.i even put a mail to the company that i want the exchange of my product because your services are closed.i had a conversation on ** june also or nearly date where the customer services told me and fooled me to wait * * days more.then on *jul i again had a conversation with customer care.there they made again false claims that they will exchange my product and reach me out soon but now they are clearing saying no to exchnge or provide me service regarding this issues.today i put a mail to the company which was...

totally dissapointed by the behaviour of the company and customer service which has led me down.i feel like sueing you in the court.i am attachting the call record regarding my one plus wireless z where it has said that my product will be exchanged and cover under warrenty but now company is backing off and customer care services are saying no to the same.shame on thhe company that it had lied to this extent and fooled me very well.what should i do? now.listen this.this is your customer service agent.totally dissapoiinted.i ve been trying since months and your sevices were closed.You just wasted my time and have lost my faith.please its a humble request exchnge or repair my product
