Dominos India - Fraud and delivered cold food

From the last few orders after **-** min it was showing that my order is delivered but the delivery man come after **-** min and give me cold product and when I call to their manager he talk with me in very harsh manner and just disrespecting me and tell me that they will cancel the order from the next time
