Go Mechanic - Fraud and cheating

I gave my car for denting and painting work to harman motors lucknow theough go mechanic app on ** dec ****. I was promised that by ** jan **** work will be finished and car will be delivered. Being in army i had to go back to hisar to join my duty so i asked go mechanic employee to send me updates on whatsapp regularly. But once i left lucknow no updates were given to me after repeated reminders and i was verbally told that work is going on. I got suspicious and sent my friend to check the car where he found that my car is exactly standing untouched as given * days back. Staff shoes were drying up on my car. On calling mr uddeshya go mechanic employee he said that spares are not available yet thats why work hasnt started and accepted that he lied to me for last *-* days. I escalated the matter in go mechanic app and mrs jyoti contacted me to resolve the issue. After speaking to workshop owner mr aman and go mechanic employees mr uddeshya and mrs jyoti i was assured that my car will be delivered by *th jan and no further delay will be there. I agreed to this but to my horror after three days pics of new door panels was sent to me and it was dented and was a used car door which they painted and said they are new. I again sent my friend to check it and he also confirmed that doors are rusted and dented and old. I was mentally disturbed by this. They told me that doors are like this only as they are kept in warehouses and they tend to rust and dent. Somehow due to urgent need of car i agreed to it . On * jan i asked them fo delivercmy car but they said work is still not completed and gave me the deadline of ** jan . I was devastated and mentaly tortured by them . I asked them to cancel the booking and give my car back on which they said that now it cant be done as half of the work is already completed. Left with no other choice i gave them time. But the real twist comes now, when on asking pic of paint being used they sent me local paint duxone pic. Go mechanics promises to use dupont paint only on their app and it was confirmed also before giving the car . I immediately told them to stop the work and escalated the issue again. Instead of resolving my issue go mechanic officials were very rude to me and asked me to pay extra for dupont paint on which I disagreed since it was decided beforehand to use dupont. No resolution was given to me so i tweeted the whole story. Then they called me and asked to pay the bill for work done and take the car back. I was in shock and mentally harassed. They charged me ***** without painting my car . Total amount decided was **k incl painting. Also i paid them **** advance which they refused and asked me to pay whole amount and also mentioned nil in amount paid in the bill. I am now stucked and mentally harassed.
