came to us begging for work repeatedly via just-dial connect. We were never interested in engaging with him. After multiple requests we moved into a contract (please find the same in the attachment) duly articulated by him.
He has been troublesome right from the start. He is a control freak and behaves as if we are working for him. He is the most insecure man you could ever encounter. He moved into this contract for supervising his labor/material for the complete tenure.
Harsh reality : He hardly has any control on his labor. They even think of him as an idiot who is naive to business world.
Now that his labor is not obliging to this guy, he is mastering them on to us to not work at our site and instead asking us to pay more money.

He has threatened my dad (Army Veteran) and even not ready to comes to terms what Asian Paints team has asked him to do i.e. settle the case. He has mentally harassed my family for not being able to deliver his services on time and even threatened to not let any one work for teh same. He has *.* lakh of amount already taken from us. When drawn out by Area sales Manager of Asian Paints the completed work comes around only approximately *****. He is neither working to complete or returning us back.

When I took this forward with Asian Paints they claim he is only a dealer and they are not obliged to the contract. They are throwing us under the bus now.
I badly need your assistance.
