Hi, my wife has ordered a product from shiprocket after seeing a advertisement in Facebook, the parcel was delivered within * days but wrong product was sent as it was COD so she has paid the amount,for return she contacted shiprocket and then scam wa happened as she newly started online transaction and fall into the trap, after that she informed me about this incident then i raise complaint to.cyber crime, fortunately team has hold scammer account and hold **k which is still mot recovered. We are waiting for.that.
I have also complaint about this site with Facebook and also mailed to company registeredail.but still not received any update on this
