Flipkart - Fraud

i had ordered * Shirts in sale from flipkart and seller was retailnet. All shirt i had ordered are of Size XXL & XXXL brand is of U.S Polo. Order was approved ,payment was made.
But when item was received the shirts are not of same size that was ordered not even that few are first copy.
I return all the shirts received back the money issue closed as i consider it as mistake.
Now u turn point come i again ordered one jeans of levis and one t shirt.
Jeans was delivered early. On opening the package i was surprised as price tag was of levis and brand printed on jeans is some other .
I again filed the refund request but it was cancelled by seller.
At the moment i cancel the order of tShirt as i believe that retailnet is fraud .

After that i make a complain to flipkart customer care.
my complain was registered saying that strict action will be taken against seller.

To My Surprise the action taken by flipkart was blocking my flipkart account and cancelling refund request of wrong item.

Here after that i understand the fraud and scam that flipkart is doing with seller Retailnet.
