Y AXIS OVERSEAS CAREER CONSULTANTS - fraud worst abroad consultant of india

I had complained about Y- Axis on **-*-** under complaint no - ****** and later resolved on the terms of solving my issues.
But later not even a single call was initiated on their end after resolving.

The previous complaint was as further -
I had come across a abroad consultant site in the year **** for further studies in Canada.Regarding the same I told my desires to the desired consultant the told we will definitely help you....
Further in **** they are totally refusing the facts that the had promised previously like -
Perfect Career even if you switch your career.
Total visa assistance
***% Loan assistance and many more .

The worst part after researching a little is that all these services are totally free of cost in other companies.I have the receipt of all the payment made through Net- Banking.
The services they provide are not so good that they should be called as the "best abroad consultants" instead they are cheaters....
..
I am aware that they do not have any refund policy but they have fraudulently or my misrepresentation caused me mental illness. Because of their long procedures to even talk to their consultants through IVR process.
But I literally want my money back on the grounds of mental torture....these cheaters/ liars shall be sued.
