Asian Paints - Fraud cheating and harresment case by local Asian Paint vendor

This is regarding a paint job of my residential building, in *, Pimple Gurav, Pune-******. I had an agreement with one of the local dealers who has contarct of Asian paints ASPIRA product for exterior painting of my house which is approx **,** sqft.
as per the agreement. I had made an advance of **% of the amount which was approximately *.* thousand rupees. I promised **th october **** before Diwali, as of the date of completion but it has been almost * months from the day they started to work.
Also he has used wrong cheap product and later accepted his mistake when we caught. Now he said that will do repaint where used cheap paint product. But There is no update.Everyday he is making new accuse and delaying painting task. Always asking for money to start work. I feel I have been cheated.
Every time I have a word with the person makes fake promises of getting the job done but there is no update and always tells lie. They forced me to make an additional payment of ** thousand and then they are ignoring us.
After waiting for this long I see no results and have no more patience left. There is small kid at my house and I wanted the job to be done on time , but obviously, it did not happen.
I want a full refund of my money and also want to penalise the company for the harassment caused, as now again monsoon season has ended and winter will start. It is difficult to get the job done.
I will be attaching the money receipt as proof for ** % advance payment.
