The Minifix Company - Fraud mental harassment

I gave the contract to this interior company in October **** and they promised to handover my flat by ** Feb ****. But the production started on **th March after so many follow-ups. I thought at least now they can complete in another *month as they kept saying our production phase will not take more than ** to ** days. Work progressed very slowly with a lot of mistakes from design to laminates in each and every step and they stopped working at a point. All the expectation has gone into a nightmare. I have almost paid the full amount (**%) of the total cost. It's about * months past but my flat not yet completed, still ** to ** per cent of works are pending. They are not responding to my calls, emails, messages. I visited their office many times always they give a new date and nobody turns up. I sent legal notice and gave ** days time, but no bother to complete the work. Now they have closed their office. Their company registered with the name 'Stease Designs services Privates Limited'.
They ruined all the happiness, given a lot of mental harassment following up with them each day. Impacted personal life badly. Wasted a huge amount of money as house rent and time.
Now I want my money back including compensations ASAP so that I can hire another vendor to complete my pending works.
