We signed up with the Minifix company for our new house interior work. We signed up on October ****, after sign up their behaviour changed completely. We realized they don't have any good designers who could suggest us the designs for our house nobody was bothered to come to the site to take actual measurements. The entire team kept passing the work on another person in the process my entire work got delayed. We were told ** days time to complete the work from design to installation. But in actual for * months they did nothing and after putting some pressure they finally processed our work for production after which things got worsened. There was no coordination between the teams we were mentally harassed they took **% payment in advance after which they stopped answering our calls. We went through a very bad time because of these guys. Financially and emotionally they harassed us to the core. They didn't even complete our work.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
