State Bank Of India - fradulent transaction using SBI credit card

I am Renugadevi K residing in Ponneri, Thiruvallur District.I received a call from SBI credit card in the month of June to issue credit card based on my job.
through phone calls only i received my card after processing and clearing my doubts.
after receiving the sbi credit card there are somany anonymous calls continuously related to sbi credit card daily.at a point of time one day I had a doubt regarding my payment against the sbi card. I have written somany messages to sbi credit card care through mail and mobile but no reply for my messages.so one they called me i have spoken nearly **minutes in the meanwhile they said my card number,so i believed that call is from SBI only. I forgot the security related issues,slowly I was mesmerized by the person to tell the otp,immediately they debited ***** rupees from my credit card by debiting three times as ****.
I have taken action against this fradulent transaction by submitting the phone number used by the person and where the transaction happened but the sbi credit card sector did not take any action against this. I also did not pay the amount regarding this.
now I wish to raise the complaint regarding this
(a) first there is no security for the customer details in the SBI credit card sector
(b)there is no proper response after receiving the card from the bank
(c)there is not even a single person to clarify the doubts regarding payment of the card
(iv)herewith i have attached the transaction dispute form sent to sbi card center for your reference.
