As soon as I opened dairy milk silk mousse, the white wrapper was too sticky and oily and had very bad smell. Same with the other golden wrapper. Both the inside wrapper had white substance dried over. Though the chocolate is not expired but it tastes and smells like it already has.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
