Fossil watch - Fossil Hybrid HR watch not replaced repaired even in 3 months

I Ordered a new Fossil Hybrid HR watch From Amazon app in November ****. The watch was bought at Rs.*****. But after receiving watch and wearing it for around * months, several problems started arising regarding connectivity, display, battery etc as it was a defective piece. The watch was under warranty of * year. So, I requested the fossil care to replace ir repair my watch. They told me that it will be collected from my address. But later after contacting them they refused and asked me to either courier or visit their store to deposit my watch for repair/replacement (Both courier and travel charges to be borne by me and nearest Fossil care centre is atleast ***km from my place)
Anyway the watch was submitted to them on ** March **** and I was told that they would repair/replace the watch within * month i.e. ** April ****.
But three months have elapsed and I have no update regarding the status of my watch.
This is very careless and unprofessional behaviour from Fossil Care. As I have spent Rs.***** on a watch that was on my wrist for * months only and in with Fossil care for * months that too without any update.
This is a clear fraud from Fossil and they are playing with consumer sentiments.
I want refund of Rs.***** or new watch because of the inconvenience caused to me by Fossil care. And they must be subjected to strictest fine and punishment by concerned authorities.
Kindly Help Me With This.
