Fossil watch - Defective fossil watch

I bought a watch FS**** a simple watch, which stopped working after three months use. When i visited their store they checked it and found that there is manufacuring defect in Case, crown. Store send it service centre from pune to banglore, and after sixty days they are asking money for case replacement which hs manufacturing defect. I already spent INR*****+ and they are asking INR****+ again in just three months of use.
