Dear Sanfe Leadership / Customer Experience Team,

I am writing this as a formal escalation — not a routine follow-up.

Current Status: Unfulfilled. Not delivered. No communication.

I have attempted to reach your customer care team multiple times. Neither have my calls been answered, nor have my messages received any response. There has been zero acknowledgement, zero action, and zero accountability from your end.

I want to be direct: this is not about ₹***. This is about the complete breakdown in your customer service process. A paying customer has been left without their order, without a delivery date, and without so much as a courtesy response. That is unacceptable by any standard.

I am now formally requesting the following within ** hours:
