I am writing to report a serious case of consumer harassment and breach of booking contract by **Ather Energy** and its authorized dealership, Ather Exprience center ,Prem Motors (Sikar Road, Jaipur).
I booked an Ather electric scooter on March **th, **** (Booking ID: ********) and completed all necessary formalities as per the agreed price in the original contract. However, it has been **** days**, and the dealership is refusing to release the vehicle.

This delay and the unethical demand for "extra fees" have caused me significant mental agony and financial stress. My legitimate booking is being used as leverage to extort more money.
Resolution Sought:
