Haldiram - Foreign object found in packet

I found a foreign object in a packet of Haldiram Chiwda after I had already consumed a portion of it. I reported the issue to the company with photographs. Instead of investigating the incident, they simply sent me a replacement packet. They did not collect the original packet or the foreign object for testing, despite initially indicating that they would. I also emailed them expressing my concern that I had already consumed some of the product and asking about any potential health risks, but they never responded. I am concerned about my health and disappointed that my food safety concerns were not properly addressed.
