Aditya Birla Finance Limited - Foreclosure of personal loan

At the time of disbursement of loan from Aditya Birla I was told foreclosure charges of *% now after so much hurdle for foreclosure procedure the charges were seem to be *%.my foreclosure letter doesn't contain anything about insurance policy costing **k. They didn't provide single document of insurance policy. Upon asking about policy fate they told me to ask the concern insurance company. Now the fact is I don't know the insurance company name to whom I can ask about refund. Interestingly my foreclosure letter came after ** days. Means I have paid extra money for same. My foreclosure letter due amount calculated up to *th January. And I got letter on **th Dec ****
