When I decided to change my postpaid service to prepaid service, the service person told it is not possible without changing the number. So I decided to PORT my network. But the service person forcibly convinced me to cancel my PORT request saying that send so and so message to **** then only the PORT request is acceptable but later it is came to know that it is a trap. Then I immediately made a call to customer care stating the above issue, they said we have raised a complaint on this and we will take care. But without my accent they closed the complaint and no one responded positively.
